About Us
Sensational Kreations is a small business launched by youth entrepreneurs, Jazariah and Shamaiyah. The idea of the business generated from Jazariah's desire to start a business. With the support of their parents and family, the business has grown and expanded its customer base and product offerings.
As the business has continued to expand, Dr. Shatrela, mother of Jazariah and Shamaiyah, has joined forces with her daughters to further develop the business. Dr. Shatrela uses her experience in business ownership as well as her experience as a business educator to provide the strategic direction for Sensational Kreations.
The companies goal is to design custom shirts for small groups or small businesses to make any event more memorable.
POLICIES
SHIPPING: All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at admin@sensationalkreations.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.
Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing and shipping, tracking information will be sent via email. Orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 7 business days once shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer to arrive due to holidays, bad weather, or other mitigating circumstances beyond our control. **Also, Sensational Kreations is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information sent via email (which you provided at check-out or account creation).

Sensational Kreations ships anywhere within the United States. We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (FPO/APO). For shipping internationally, please contact us via email at admin@sensationalkreations.com to confirm that we are able to ship to you. A custom order form will be completed for international orders.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: Sensational Kreations is unable to accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at admin@sensationalkreations.com. Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we cannot fulfill.
